In a unanimous decision the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that TJ Bunn Jr., as a matter of law, will NOT be asolved of liabilty of Megan's suicide where the federal court concluded that substantial evidence exited that Bunn had sexually assaulted Megan and that Bunn's actions were the cause in fact of Megan's Suicide.
